IPA Employee Motto

The IPA Service Basics 

  1. The IPA Employee Motto will be known, owned and energized by all employees.
  2. Our IPA Motto is:  "Serving Each Other, Serving Educators, Serving Children."
  3. Each employee will be an ambassador of the IPA both inside and outside of the organization.  All employees will embody the IPA mission, vision, and beliefs.
  4. Each employee will foster a positive and encouraging working environment, because we understand that teamwork makes our service #1.  We serve the members by serving each other.
  5. All contacts with fellow coworkers, members and associates will be professional, positive, personal, prompt, and go the extra mile.  "We are only a phone call away," and If we don't know the answer, we will find the answer" are what we live by.
  6. 100% coworker, member, and associate satisfaction is the responsibility of every employee.
  7. An uncompromising level of respect for coworkers, members, associates, and confidentiality of others is the responsibility of each employee.
  8. Every employee will advocate for the needs of educators and their students.
