ANNUAL CONFERENCES
Principals Professional Conference
Assistant Principals & Deans Conference
($2500 -$19,000)
The Principals Professional Conference and Educational Exhibition is held in Peoria ev¬ery October. Approximately 750 principals attend from all over the State. For great exposure and to show your support of educators, there are several great conference sponsorships available: 6 opportunities to sponsor a series of 8 concurrent Small Group Sessions ($2500 each); 3 Coffee Breaks ($3500 each); Keynote Presenter ($5000); Welcome Reception ($12,000); and Lunch in the Exhibit Hall ($19,000).
There are also sponsorship opportu¬nities available for the Assistant Principals and Deans Conference in June which approximately 175 administrators attend.
With Conference sponsorships you get a link from the Conference page on IPA’s website to yours; recognition in the conference registration mailing sent to 11,400 Illinois school administrators; recognition in the conference program; recognition in the IPA December issue of the IPA Newsletter; the opportunity to distribute literature at the Conference event you sponsor; signage at the conference for sponsor¬ships of $5000+; microphone time at the conference for $10,0000+ sponsorships; and recog¬nition in IPA’s Education Marketplace (distributed to 4500 building administrator each year and to 4000 workshop attendees each year)
MODEL STUDENT HANDBOOK ($12,000)
IPA’s Model Student Handbook is an on-line service that provides building leaders student handbook policies aligned to state and federal law as well as model school board policy developed by the Illinois Association of School Boards. It is updated bimonthly. The sponsor will receive recognition on each page of the Model Student Handbook website as well as on all promotional material; your logo will also be on the partner page of the IPA website with a link to your website; and you get a listing in the Education Marketplace.
NEWSLETTER - Leadership in Focus ($10,000)
An on-line publication that includes articles and the latest research and happenings in the education community that is sent each month during the school year to IPA’s 4500 members. It is also archived in the Members Only section on the IPA website. As the newsletter sponsor, you will receive a 1/4 page ad each month in the publication; your logo on the partner page of the IPA website with a link to your website; and a listing in the Education Marketplace.
PRINCIPAL APPRECIATION DAY ($10,000)
This state-endorsed celebration held annually on the Friday after the Principals Profes¬sional Conference honors the work and commitment of principals, assistant principals and deans in schools throughout Illinois. Parents, school staff, and the community are asked to perform some act(s) of appreciation to acknowledge the leadership provided by these admin¬istrators. A mailing including a letter of appreciation with a copy of the governor’s proclama¬tion is mailed to all administrators in Illinois (approximately 11,400). This sponsorship includes your logo on the letter; your organization’s name included in a state-wide press release; your logo on the partner page of the IPA website with a link to your website; and a listing in the Education Marketplace.
ED LEADERS NETWORK (www.edleadersnetwork.org) ($10,000) (Total of 5 opportunities available)
The Ed Leaders Network (ELN) is founded on the belief that educational leaders impact adult and student performance in their learning communities. The ELN supports educators by equipping and encouraging them with high quality, on-demand professional development webinars as well as access to a network of their peers and experts from across the United States. The ELN has been developed through a collaborative effort between 13 Principals Associations in 10 states. Current affiliates include: IL (IPA), IN (IASP), KY (KAESP), MI (MEMSPA/MASSP), MN (MESPA/MASSP), MO (MAESP/MASSP), OH (OASSA),VT (VPA), WA (AWSP), and WI (AWSA). This sponsorship includes your company’s logo listed on the ELN partner page of the ELN website with a link to your website; placement in the ELN homepage rotator; your logo and link to your website in all ELN Connect weekly broadcast emails to ELN members; and your logo placed on all ELN marketing material.
IPA LEGAL/LEGISLATIVE UPDATE ($1000)
This annual physical publication provides IPA’s over 4500 Members all relevant changes in state, federal and case law that will a school’s day-to-day operations. This sponsorship includes a full page ad in the publication; your company’s name listed on the partner page of the IPA website with a link to your website; and a listing in the Education Marketplace.
IPA SALARY STUDY ($2500)
The IPA, in cooperation with Illinois State University, annually surveys and studies the salaries and benefits of educational leaders throughout Illinois. Data is collected every fall, and a physical research report is provided to IPA Members every spring. This sponsorship includes a full page ad in the research report; your logo and relevant company information on the salary study page of the IPA Website with a link to your website; your logo with a link to your website on the online survey; your company’s name listed on the partner page of the IPA website with a link to your website; and a listing in the Education Marketplace.
BOARD of DIRECTORS MEETINGS ($1000 each)
IPA Board Meetings are held quarterly – January, April, July & October. This sponsorship is to provide lunch for the 45 member board with the opportunity to present to them for 10 minutes and distribute your organiza-tion’s materials. You will also be listed on the partner page of the IPA website and be listed in the Education Marketplace.
