Operations

School principals are responsible for managing the system’s logistics to ensure the smooth functioning of the school and the optimal learning outcomes for the students. They oversee the educational, operational, and financial affairs and resources of the school, and balance them effectively to meet the diverse needs of the students and staff. They also coordinate with external stakeholders and partners to align the school’s vision and goals with the district’s policies and standards.
