In the Data Literacy course, participants will gain knowledge of and demonstrate how to create and support a culture of review, analysis, and use of data for continuous improvement. Participants will also demonstrate how to support a culture shift from specialized to system-level thinking and a tolerance for data-driven changes as well as provide support and resources for all stakeholders to enable them to build the necessary knowledge and skills for effective and meaningful use of data. Successful completion establishes a foundation for those interested in pursuing the Fostering a Data Literacy Culture, Managing Data Literacy Systems, and Leading Data Literacy Micro-Credentials.
