In the Operations course, participants will gain knowledge of and demonstrate how to assess and monitor physical plant/building/school operations; assign, develop, and manage operational staff to drive organizational excellence as well as audit, evaluate and monitor compliance with operational requirements, personal records, and reporting at the federal, state, and local level. Successful completion establishes a foundation for those interested in pursuing the Managing Systems Logistics, Evaluating Operational Systems Effectiveness, and Allocating and Assigning Personnel Micro-Credentials.
