In the Collaborative Leadership course, participants will gain and demonstrate research-based skills to efficiently and effectively manage, evaluate, and allocate resources for systems, operations, and school personnel. Participants will demonstrate collaborative leadership in decision-making with educational stakeholders; model conflict resolution and problem-solving skills to empower others as leaders; monitor personal growth in leadership skills; and provide support and resources to maintain a culture of collaborative improvement. Successful completion establishes a foundation for those interested in pursuing the Managing Systems Logistics, Evaluating Operational Systems Effectiveness, andAllocating and Assigning Personnel Micro-Credentials. This on-demand academy is led by Chad Dumas.
