In the Safety course, participants will be equipped to develop and implement policies for effective threat identification; ensure a safe environment free from violence and bullying; collaboratively create crisis management plans; ensure compliance with state emergency preparedness laws; and support and train safety teams and stakeholders in utilizing emergency preparedness supplies and equipment. Successful completion establishes a foundation for those interested in pursuing the Managing Crises and Emergency Planning, Leading a Culture of Safety, and Assessing Threats Micro-Credentials.This on-demand academy is led by Scott Bloomquist and Allison Pierson.
